Pegasus is Open for Your Business

Update 1/19/2021: If you’re a Pegasus Flat-Rate client, our technicians are now available to answer your call live starting at 7am. We’re still available for 24/7 emergencies, but it’s nice to hear a live, friendly voice who’s ready to help the moment you call.

As a provider of managed information technology services, Pegasus is considered an essential business. We are open for business to organizations in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. Most of our work is performed remotely using screen sharing technology that we provide. For emergencies and special needs during this pandemic, we are authorized to travel to client sites. On those visits, our technicians wear fresh gloves, employ hand washing, and use hand sanitizer, to help minimize the chances of spreading virus.

We have adjusted our operating hours so that additional technicians are available in the early morning hours, since our clients have shifted more work to the start of the day. We want our clients to be as productive as possible, and we understand how computer downtime can kill productivity and hurt employee morale. Our techs are available for emergency calls 24/7.

Clients and visitors have been prohibited from entering our offices for over a week, to help keep our work environment as protected as possible. Most of our staff has been working from home for several weeks, to maximize our social distancing. We are coordinating hardware deliveries to client sites, our offices, and selected “safe” locations to help minimize human contact while delivering service as quickly as possible.

Our response times have been excellent, as evidenced by our client surveys and service delivery metrics, despite our heavy service volume, as we helped our clients activate disaster response plans. We have capacity to help additional organizations from the Wayne, Malvern, King of Prussia, West Chester, Kennett Square, and Wilmington areas resume business under these circumstances.
