Crushing Downward Trends and Beating Industry Ratings: The 2019 Customer Satisfaction Rates at Pegasus Set Us Apart

Over the past few years, we have been noticing a trend in client survey responses at Pegasus and for the IT Support / Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry as a whole. With advancement in technology allowing us to instantly access news, work, social media, and just about anything else we want, consumers have been less patient when technology does not work. They want support now and resolution yesterday. 

At Pegasus we survey every support request and regularly compare our results against an industry-leading benchmark of our peers.  At the start of 2019, we met as a company to review the previous year’s results and the continued downward trends of Pegasus and the industry.  We set a 2019 goal to break this trend and show why our clients choose us and stay with us. We believe we rise above our competitors and wanted to prove it. I am proud to show off the statistics demonstrating the hard work and dedication the Pegasus team put into 2019. Not only did we crush the downward trend and the industry rating, we set an all-time high for our combined average survey score.  This is proof what you can accomplish when the entire company is committed and highlights the unbelievable people that work for Pegasus.
